INTRODUCTION

s the owner of an early childhood education
A program, my ultimate mission in life is to posi-
tively influence the lives of children and families in
our community by creating a secure, loving environ-
ment for children to developmentally excel in. I am
proud to go to work each day confidently knowing
that the children in my care are receiving the highest
quality care and education, and I believe all parents
should be able to go to work each day with that same
level of confidence when they drop their child off
each morning at child care.
Leading with a “child first” mindset, regardless of
whether you decide to enroll your child in my pro-
gram or another program, I will never stop working
towards my mission. That is why I am so excited to
