CHOOSING A CHILD CARE CENTER
communication as well among teachers and staff. The
teachers and staff that are caring for your child
should utilize internal communication systems to
share information and update each other to ensure
that they are all on the same page and all receiving
the correct interpretation of information. Once
entangled in a center’s operations, you will quickly be
able to observe whether or not they are internally
organized and efficiently communicating with one
another. Poor communication among staff should be
viewed as a red flag because poor internal communi-
cation will inevitably lead to an increase in mishaps
and accidents occurring to the children that are in
their care.
